Your first enquiry should not expose your farm.
This notice explains how JVR Software handles information submitted through the Project Scarecrow farmer and investor/partner forms.
What we collect
We collect the contact and enquiry information you enter. Farmer enquiries ask only for a province and nearest town, not an exact address or security layout. Please do not submit access codes, exact patrol routes, camera positions, identity documents, banking information or other sensitive operational details through the public form.
Why we use it
We use your information to assess and respond to your enquiry, identify potential pilot sites or partnerships, arrange a follow-up conversation and maintain a record of project interest. Submission does not create a contract, investment, pilot placement or product order.
Who receives it
The form sends your enquiry to JVR Software’s sales mailbox. Information may be shared internally with people evaluating Project Scarecrow. We will not publish your farm or organisation details from the form. Information will only be shared with an external project partner when necessary and with an appropriate legal basis or your agreement.
Storage and security
The website does not intentionally write form submissions to a public database. Delivery occurs by email through the JVR Software website. A short-lived, essential session cookie is used to protect the form from cross-site submission and spam. No advertising or behavioural analytics are included on this project page at launch.
Questions to the public evidence guide
The site-wide Project Scarecrow guide sends only your short question, the current public-page label and up to two matching records from the reviewed public evidence index to a small language model running on JVR Software’s own server. It does not send contact-form submissions, private project documents, credentials, exact farm information or browser history to the model or to a cloud AI provider.
Short-lived technical files are used for rate limiting, answer validation and a six-hour answer cache. They are stored outside the public web directory and are not used for advertising or user profiling. The guide has no shell, database, internet, robot-control or actuator tools, and the site falls back to curated public facts when the model is unavailable or uncertain.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably required for the project conversation, record-keeping and legal obligations. You may ask JVR Software to correct or delete your enquiry information, subject to lawful retention requirements.
